Endurance For Hope                             

I ran 5 miles today.  It was cold but I had a good time.  It was spitting snow during most of the run.  I can't believe the marathon is almost here.  Just a little over  a week.  We are going down to Orlando next Tuesday.  I am excited and hope to have even a better time this year than in 2008.  I don't run tomorrow but I will run on Friday.  I hope everyone has a Happy New Year.
