Endurance For Hope                             

I know it has been a while from my last post but I decided to take a little break.  I haven't been running very much but I have gotten in a few 4 mile runs the last couple of weeks.  Scarlett and I are now focusing on the Every Step Walk she has formed for September 25th.  We are hoping to get as many walkers as possible so please participate if you can and if you can't donations are greatly appreciated.  I will try to write more often in the blog so keep checking for updates.
